Three revenue modes:
- Free — Public for free, no revenue — portfolio use.
- Pool — Join the pool; prorated by usage (70% to you).
- Premium — Individual subscription (80% to you).
The pool is paid directly to providers via Stripe Connect; MyMCP never holds funds.
