Terms of Service

Acceptance
These terms govern use of MyMCP (the "Service"). By registering or using it, you agree to them.
Accounts
Register with accurate information and keep your credentials safe. Your username (slug) cannot be changed once set.
Provider responsibility
The MCP server's code, availability, security, non-infringement, and data handling are the provider's responsibility. The Service does not run your code — it only relays to your endpoint.
Billing & payouts
Buyers' monthly fees are prorated to providers by usage. Payouts go directly to providers via Stripe Connect; the Service never holds funds.
Payout eligibility
Revenue is distributed only to providers whose payout Stripe account is valid at the time of distribution. Shares for a month in which payouts are not enabled do not carry over; that buyer's distributable pool is prorated to the other providers who can be paid. Per-work subscriptions (Premium) are sold only while the maker can receive payouts, and stop automatically at the end of the current billing period if payouts become disabled.
Leaving the Service
Undistributed earnings for the current month cannot be received after account deletion. Premium subscriptions to your works are stopped when you leave. Your payout Stripe account is a direct contract between you and Stripe and remains after leaving; closing it is up to you.
Prohibited conduct
No malware, no infringement of law or third-party rights, no unauthorized access, no excessive load. Violating MCPs may be unpublished.
Disclaimer
The Service doesn't warrant the quality or fitness of providers' MCPs. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
